A Brief History 

Michael Ash is the director of Capital Discovery Solutions.  In 2003, while working at The Ohio State University, he was involved in a traffic accident in their parking garage. After being provided false information at the scene, he began an investigation and recovery effort, leading to a satisfied judgment. Later he assisted his landlord with skip-tracing former tenants, and eventually would not only find, but collect from them as well. Recognizing a need for civil law enforcement of judgments, he opened Capital Discovery Solutions.

Since 2010, Michael has recovered from some of the most stubborn debtors. He will go the extra mile to ensure that no stone is left unturned. Simply put, if there are legally recoverable assets, he will find them.  

Successful judgment enforcement skills are germane to the world of process serving. Attention to detail and proper document preparation are crucial.  Dogged persistence, with a focus on customer service, are cornerstones of his process serving business.
