Capital Discovery Solutions (CDS) is a judgment enforcement and process serving agency serving all 88 Ohio counties. We provide a premium process service to Attorneys, Corporations and individuals. We have successfully satisfied previously unenforceable judgments, utilizing many of the same skill sets serving process to evasive or previously unservable individuals.
CDS holds standing orders to serve process in Delaware and Franklin County Municipal and Common Pleas Courts Juvenile/Domestic Divisions.
